- In order for us to design and deploy your website, it is a condition that your website hosting plan be undertaken with Webhost Media hosting services.
- We provide ongoing Professional Customer Support after the purchase of your website – Subject to the Website Hosting Plan being with Webhost Media.
- +We provide you with a Website Care Plan at no cost to you. Essentially, this is an ongoing Website Health Check. We undertake weekly website performance and maintenance with software upgrades including security upgrades and database back-up with multiple restore points with WordPress Core and Plugin Updates. The Care Plan keeps your website running efficiently and always optimised for ongoing performance. The Website Care Plan is subject and conditional to your Website Hosting Plan being active and current with Webhost Media. We provide the Website Care Plan on an annual renewal basis subscription and we reserve the right to alter or terminate the Website Care Plan under varying conditions covered in our website service agreement.
- The Website Care Plan does not include general artwork, the addition of new content, the addition of new videos, the inclusion of new website pages, changing the overall theme and colour schemes of the website and or changing logo after the initial deployment and delivery of your new website to the server. Any additional ‘artistic’ requirements after the completion and deployment date will be based and charged on a time-cost-basis.
- Webhost Media is a Secure Hosting Platform provider with a reliable, fast, secure, and always adapting to new technologies at affordable pricing.
- We do not deal with unrelated 3rd party Website Hosting Providers outside Webhost Media Hosting, this is a condition of our service agreements.
- Webhost Media also provides Email Hosting Management under respective hosting plans and Domain Names registration services.

These are the general steps that need to be completed before you can order your website.
DESIGN BRIEF
Complete the Webhost Media Website Design Brief via our online portal. Completing the Design Brief form will initiate the Design and Development process. You can choose a design from our Website Design Library.
WEBSITE HOSTING
In order for us to design and deploy your website, it is a condition that your website hosting plan be undertaken with *Webhost Media, also providing Email
Hosting under respective hosting plans.
WEBSITE CONTENT
Your website content, including business
background and areas of service and staff profiles, if in need we can also help out with expert-written copyright content. Writing expressive content is key.
DOMAIN NAME
Secure a Domain Name for your business that meets with your business identity. We are also a trusted gov.au and edu.au Domain Registrar. Search availability
and register with *Webhost Media.
BUSINESS IMAGES
Provide images or videos related to the the theme of the business (can be photographs of staff, owners, business
premises, business equipment, etc.) We can also provide industry specific images and videos for the website.
PROJECT MANAGER
Once we receive your completed Design Brief a Project Manager will be assigned to your account to discuss your website design and requirements and outline the
development process in more detail.
BUSINESS LOGO
Business Identity Branding Logo with size specifications: Minimum logo size required is 300×200 pixels in PNG file format. We can also design or redesign your logo for an
additional cost.
WEBSITE DELIVERY
We analyse, design and test your new website for functionality with SSL Security Encryption integration
and Certification for Compliance as we follow Best Practices for your website deployment.
